  • What problem is ClinicAll here to solve?

    Patients and their families or relatives often are looking for medical advice, specialists, medication, therapists and general healthcare services. Currently there is no single platform or community to assists them and often the local healthcare system suffers from obstacles. Our ClinicAll Healthcare Community will overcome local hurdles, be more cost-efficient, offer faster access to services and be secure.

  • Is the token available to purchase in all countries?

    Restrictions for Token buyers from the US, Singapore and China.
    You may only purchase ClinicAll Health Tokens if you, upon purchasing ClinicAll Health Tokens, undertake, declare and guarantee that you are neither a citizen nor a permanent resident of the United States, the Republic of Singapore or of the People’s Republic of China.

  • When will I receive my CHT tokens?

    Directly. Transfer or use is only possible 30 days after termination of the ICO.
    A successful closing shall be deemed to have taken place upon the first occurrence of any of the following events:
    (i) the publication on or prior to the Token Sale End Date on the Website of a statement to the effect that the hard cap has been reached;
    or
    (ii) the soft cap having been reached by the Token Sale End Date.

  • What is KYC and why is it necessary for my purchase?

    KYC stands for “Know your customer”, which is the process of a business identifying and verifying the identity of its clients.
    Each backer is supposed to pass the KYC procedure and provide their credentials in order to participate in the ICO. This is a necessary measure to ensure that the ICO projects are doing business with legitimate entities.

  • Are you going to implement the platform, that works on blockchain, right after the end of the ICO?

    Yes, considering that at least the soft cap target has been reached.

  • Am I right that all clients data is stored in blockchain and everyone has access to it?

    No, the data will be stored only on the hardware devices and the software systems of individual hospitals (in their own database).

  • It seems the number of doctors who belong to this project is small. How many doctors are you going to involve in this project?

    The project does not rely on doctors because it is focused on healthcare technology.

  • How many developers are involved into this project? This will help me to understand how successful your project can be.

    Right now 2 internal developers and external development team, more internal will come straight after reaching soft cap, negotiations are already taken place.

  • Citizens of which countries can participate in the ICO?

    You may only purchase ClinicAll Health Tokens if you, upon purchasing ClinicAll Health Tokens, undertake, declare and guarantee that you are neither a citizen nor a permanent resident of the United States, the Republic of Singapore or of the People’s Republic of China, or of other territories of the Republic of Singapore or of the People’s Republic of China or of the Republic of South Korea.

    You may only purchase ClinicAll Health Tokens if you, upon purchasing ClinicAll Health Tokens, undertake, declare and guarantee that none of the owners of the company of which you are an employee is a citizen or a permanent resident of the United States, the Republic of Singapore or of the People’s Republic of China or the Republic of South Korea and moreover that none has his/her principal residence in one of these countries.

    Additional conditions are set forth on our website and will be detailed when you register as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) procedures.

  • Do you have a bounty campaign to participate?

    Yes, a bounty campaign is planned. It is, however, currently in the development stage.

  • If there are unsold tokens after the ICO, what are you going to do with them?

    The unsold tokens will be burned.

  • It is written that the ICO started on 15th of September. How much tokens have been sold so far?

    This information is not valid anymore - the ICO has not yet started. The actual timeline for the private, pre and main sale is as follows: Public Token Sale Period opens: On 00:00:01 hours UTC on March 20, 2019 A 20% (twenty per cent) discount on the purchase price of Tokens is available to participants from 00:00:01 hours UTC on March 20, 2019 to 23:59:59 hours UTC on April 2, 2019.

  • Why the tokens are needed? To pay for consultations only? Are there are any other ways to use them?

    Yes, the ClinicAll token will be used in the whole ClinicAll Ecosystem. See below for an comprehensive answer.

  • Also, what is the main goal of the project? To be able to consult any doctor online? I do not think a doctor can give real medical advice without checking the patient or having some findings (tests , xray , barometric)

    The project has numerous applications – the option to contact a medical professional online is, however, not among these applications.

    The initial purpose of the project includes the expansion of ClinicAll bedside terminals and software in more hospitals. The ClinicAll app has already been successfully integrated to the software and hardware products developed by ClinicAll that have a wide usage in medical centres and hospitals. For example, ClinicAll have already successfully developed and integrated their bedside terminals in over 400 clinics worldwide (and growing). The app allows for the medical personnel and patients to access and control the ClinicAll equipment.

    These bedside terminals improve the stay of the patients in hospitals by providing numerous functionalities such as direct communication to the staff, meal ordering, room control, infotainment (internet, TV, radio etc) and many more. Whenever a token holder is staying in one of the hospitals working with ClinicAll, he‘ll be entitled to only paying 50% of the regular fees in your local currency.

    By installing the ClinicAll app, users further receive access to the ClinicAll ecosystem, which consists of patients, doctors, providers of other medical services, related services around health environment, pharmaceutical companies that sell medical goods etc. Users can interact with other stakeholders in the ecosystem, which means that they can connect with other patients / regular people interested in health related topics, medical professionals for an informal advice and providers of medical services or goods. By participating in the ecosystem, token holders will be able to have a centralized platform for information on all health related operations they need. Of course, all services can also be used outside your own country (while travelling). The user only has to look in the app which service is offered at his current location.

    At a later stage, token holders will be able to and benefit from the reduced prices in purchasing medical services / goods from participants in the ecosystem (such as consultations and pharmaceuticals). The comparatively lower prices will be a result of the synergy effects generated through the participation of numerous parties in the whole ecosystem and the incentives provided by ClinicAll.

    Full access to Electronic Medical Records via ClinicAll terminals has already been realized for the first time in a hospital in Slovenia in 2014, so this feature will also be implemented. However, it is important to note that these medical records will be stored only on the internal database of the hospital and will not be transferable outside the facility in any way.

  • How to buy your tokens? Do you have a step-by-step guide?

    You will be able to purchase the token via our website clinicall.io once the public sale has started. The website will guide you through all necessary steps.

  • In what way are you different from DoctorSmart / Docademic?

    Refer to question 10 for the full range of services offered by ClinicAll. As already mentioned, ClinicAll does not offer any qualified online consultations.

  • The plans for the project are really global. Are you sure that you can achieve all the goals written in the WP? If yes, then how long you think it will take ?

    The company has a track record of working for over 10 years in the medical industry. During this time, the achievements of ClinicAll (development of software and hardware products, strategic partnerships etc) have proven, that they are able to develop and grow. For the timeline of the goals, the info needs to be provided by ClinicAll (user base in 1-2-3-5 years, expansion of ClinicAll presence in hospitals, number of medical specialists and companies in the ecosystem etc)

  • How many employees do you have in ClinicAll for now? How popular ClinicAll in Germany and Internationally?

    ClinicAll has 25 employees right now and works with distributors, third parties, installers and consultants as needed. At present we have various contacts and are known in 80 countries worldwide. In our traditional business, we are certainly among the top 3 market leaders, and in Europe we also advise some governments on the digitization of the healthcare market.

  • What will happen if you do not reach the Soft Cap?

    In this case we pay back to the buyer.

  • Do you have a trial version of the platform for me to check how it works?

  • What specialists do you have?

    We have trained specialists in all areas such as electrical engineers, radio and television technicians as well as our own software developers. As already mentioned, we have been installing our systems for ten years and are now active in nine countries. Since we develop our software ourselves, we are able to adapt it to customer requirements. Today, we can integrate 99% of all common applications in the healthcare sector, including digital patient files.

  • The service is available 24/7 , isn't it?

  • How can I be sure that a professional doctor consults me?

    Any service provider within the Community have to go through an examination procedure, see also question 35.

  • How can I pay for a doctor's consultation? Can I do this through the credit card or you accept only cryptocurrency?

    You will in every case be able to pay for any service within the Community via the ClinicAll CHT Token.

  • What is the average price per consultation?

    Any service providers within the Community decide themselves set their own prices. The pricing will be displayed in the Community App.

  • Why do you want to move onto blockchain?

    In the first stage of the project development, we will implement Blockchain for payments, which will give us an increased security, speed and unification. Furthermore, by using blockchain inside hospitals, we will improve the security and the efficiency of data storing, management and transfer.

  • I am a doctor and want to be a part of your project. May I apply? If yes, how?

    Dedicated participation contracts for every partner within the Community will be created for this purpose. Every doctor and healthcare service provider will have to go through this procedure to make sure that they are legitimate partners for the community.

  • Do you have any partners for now?

    The company has a wide range of partners, including Microsoft. A list of the partners can be found here.

  • 1 CHT = 1 USD. How can you be sure that the price per token will be same? It can be way lower than that.

    This is the nominal price at which we will issue the token.
